Job descriptionFast hiring and flexible scheduling 24 / 7 support from our experienced Pittsburgh team Industry-leading mobile app for scheduling, updates, and pay tracking Work close to home serving clients in Pittsburgh and nearby areas like Bethel Park, and Castle Shannon Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Minimum of three professional references Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged) Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps Full-time and part-time available Flexible shifts weekdays, weekends, or evenings

Pay & Benefits
- $15.00$16.00 / hr, plus $1 / hr for weekend visits
- Weekly pay with direct deposit

- Paid holidays (1.5x pay) and sick leave accrual
- $700 caregiver referral bonus
- Paid training and continuing education opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between same-day visits
