Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for a 6-month project supporting Pharma Lab IT initiatives. This role involves end-user computing and system administration for lab computers and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
• Experience in lab computers and equipment support.
• Proficiency in Empower LacE and Unicorn Systems.
• Strong desktop and operating systems support skills.
• 7+ years of experience in Desktop management
• Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite.
• Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active Directory, and Antivirus tools.
• Proficient in imaging and creating images.
• Experience in Windows 10 deployment and OS migration participation or leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow Tool.
• Must be located in Cambridge, MA for an onsite position.
