We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join a highly regarded, not-for-profit healthcare system in South Carolina. This role offers independence, flexibility, and strong compensation , making it an ideal opportunity for experienced PTs looking for autonomy in their schedule while still being part of a supportive team.

Key Highlights

• Flexible Scheduling & Autonomy

PTs manage their own schedules after the initial start-of-care is booked.

Treat patients with post-surgical needs, orthopedic conditions, joint replacements, COPD, and general debility in a home-based setting .

Salaried + Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) Model

On-call rotation approximately once every 10 weeks .

Generous per-mile reimbursement

Provided iPhone & laptop for easy, paperless documentation .
