• Oversee and review complex Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1065).

• Manage complex partner allocations, special partnership structures, and multi-tiered entities.
• Conduct comprehensive tax research to ensure adherence to partnership and real estate tax laws.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, providing technical training and career development.
• Support business development efforts, benefiting from profit-sharing on clients you bring in.
