Pay Range : $50$72 / hour (dependent on experience)
License : Must be NJ licensed; PA admission a plus
A New Jersey law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney for a part-time temporary role. This position may evolve into a longer-term or temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal attorney will be able to step in quickly, manage a litigation caseload with minimal oversight, and support the team on research, drafting, and discovery matters.
Responsibilities :
Draft motions, briefs, discovery demands / responses, and litigation correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda as needed
Assist with case strategy, discovery planning, and document review
Support commercial litigation matters and, if applicable, community association / HOA-related disputes
Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a hybrid environment
Qualifications :
5+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong drafting, research, and discovery skills
Experience with community association, HOA, or condominium law (preferred; not required)
Must be licensed in New Jersey; PA admission a strong plus
Ability to manage workload independently
