• Manage labs and data centers using DCIM tools, spreadsheets, and task-tracking systems.
• Collaborate with platform, systems administrators, and SRE teams to review power and space metrics and implement improvements.
• Engage third-party support vendors as required.
• Act as the central point of contact for all data-center floor issues.
• Liaise with the DCEO for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with DCEO, platform, and engineering teams to resolve critical incidents.
• Contribute to operations projects such as monitoring and digital-twin implementations.
• Ensure internal DCIM records are updated for each new system installation or migration.
• Publish weekly status reports covering rack units (RU), power utilization, and cooling.
• Process and manage access requests.
• Monitor and track PUE and cooling statistics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operations and ensure EHS compliance across sites.
• Coordinate DC-floor data collection for audits, including equipment records and energy (ISO 50001) documentation.
