Position Summary :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

The Information Systems Analyst position is all about making sure our bank's critical applications are interconnected, automated, and streamlined. The Analyst will strive to keep our systems connected and efficient, automate processes to save time and reduce errors, enhance performance and user experience, and provide timely and effective technical support for application-related issues as well as :

• Database Management : Oversee the management and maintenance of databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Custom Report Generation : Review, generate, and troubleshoot custom reports from the core processing application Horizon 360 BI and other ancillary systems.
• Application Integration : Collaborate with project teams to integrate applications with the core processing systems Horizon XE and Horizon 360 BI.
• System Integration : Ensure all critical applications are interconnected and functioning cohesively.
• Process Automation : Develop and implement automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Workflow Streamlining : Optimize workflows to improve performance and user experience.
• Technical Support : Provide prompt and effective technical support for application-related issues.
• Data Analysis : Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure alignment and support for business objectives Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
