Assistant, Pharmacy

Job Description

The Pharmacy Assistant will provide customer service to patients in the pharmacy, ring sales, answer phone calls and prepare prescriptions for delivery or mailing, under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Work Schedule : 20 hrs weekly / .5 FTE; Monday - Friday : 8am-4 : 30pm, 10am-6 : 30pm, Saturday : 9am-1pm

Required Qualifications :

• HS Diploma or equivalent or HS Diploma in progress
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Pleasant personality and ability to communicate with all age groups
