Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you'll care for a diverse and complex array of patients. Your responsibilities will include :
Caring for post-operative patients from craniotomies, spine surgeries, and stroke management.Engaging in a high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, alongside medical overflow cases.Participating in the Comprehensive Stroke Program .Experience cutting-edge care as part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) .

Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Education Required :
Completion of an accredited program in Nursing.Experience Required :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Progressively demonstrate building holistic patient care with a family-centered approach.Exhibit proficient communication and problem-solving skills.Maintain digital proficiency and effective time management abilities.Possess skills for coordination, collaboration, and team-building.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
