Clinical Nurse II : ICU / Surgical and Neuroscience - Night Shift

Join our team as a Clinical Nurse II in the Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where you will make a significant impact on critically ill adult patients aged 14 and older. Our unit encompasses 30 intensive care beds, providing specialized care to a diverse patient population with life-threatening conditions.

We are looking for experienced nurses with a minimum of 2 years in med / surg, progressive care, or ICU to provide top-notch care to patients facing challenges such as major surgical procedures, multi-trauma, neuro injuries, and critical complications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments and document as per policies.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests for a comprehensive assessment of patients.
• Assess and evaluate patients’ needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create individualized Plans of Care.
• Guide ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional standards.
