What You'll Do

  • Assist Controller in month end, including preparation of journal entries, GL account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and petty cash
  • Assist CFO and Controller in job cost analysis
  • Record daily ACH customer payments
  • Record daily inventory transfers
  • Prepare monthly forecast report
  • Prepare and issue monthly Service Analysis Reports which include days to bill reports, service agreement renewal reports, open work order reports and warranty reports
  • Assist and back up accounts payable
  • Support contracts and service managers with preparation of ad-hoc reports
  • Provide leadership to others by example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
  • Operate within Company policy guidelines.
  • Perform other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
  • General support for Accounting Department

    • Who You Are

  • You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Strong financial systems experience and knowledge in accounting practices
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, to be analytical, and multi-task
  • Highly organized and detail oriented

    Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000
