The Role

Experienced Network and Security Tower Lead to manage a team responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's critical network and security infrastructure. In this role, the candidate will provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful deployment, configuration, and maintenance of wireless controllers, core and out-of-band switches, access switches (Cisco, Dell, Aruba, Pansando), firewalls (including NAC and WAF), routers, load balancers, Unified Communication (Voice) systems, wireless access points, SCC Zscaler, Fortinet VPN, and NetScope VPN and filtering solutions. The candidate shall lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future risks. Additionally, the candidate shall oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of our network infrastructure. The candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills, along with relevant certifications (, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP).

Who You Are

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team responsible for managing network and security infrastructure.
  • Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of various network components including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security of the network infrastructure.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in network and security management.
  • Proficiency in managing core switches, access points, SDWAN, and various connectivity technologies at L3 level.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with ISPs to address link and bandwidth-related issues.
  • Experience in conducting SIP meetings with ISPs for effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Certifications :

  • Relevant certifications in networking and security (, Cisco Certified Network Professional - CCNP, Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP).
  • Additional certifications in specific technologies (, SDWAN certifications) would be advantageous.
