WHY YOU WANT THIS OPPORTUNITY

You thrive in hands-on leadership, overseeing all field operations on a ground-up residential build-to-rent community project.
You have experience with production builders and are skilled in managing subcontractors to include framing and masonry.
You’re ready to tackle upcoming projects after this one, including a new project with the same client launching in 2025.
You excel at coordinating site operations, from site prep to final inspections, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance throughout.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects (single-family, duplex, or similar developments) with production-home builders.

Proven experience with masonry and framing subcontractors for high-volume developments.

Strong focus on quality assurance, timeline management, and maintaining site safety.

Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with the Project Manager and provide consistent progress updates.
