As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Lathrop, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and property.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or security-related incidents. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel or management.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as required, and helping to maintain an orderly flow of personnel and visitors.

Follow post orders and directives provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changes in procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
