Sales Manager

Core Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales
• 2+ years in a leadership role in forging, manufacturing, or a related field

Preferred Requirements :

The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team and manage customer accounts in the forging industry. This role will work closely with production, supply chain, and engineering to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time. They will also support driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to meet client needs.
