Join our Critical Care Float Pool as a Seasonal RN and make a meaningful impact during our busiest months!This temporary opportunity runs from January through April offering experienced Critical Care nurses the chance to support our teams across the PICU CVICU CDH and NICU.

Youll deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment while enjoying flexible scheduling and premium for nurses seeking a focused high-impact role without a year-round commitment.

The Critical Care Float Pool will float to the PICU CVICU NICU and CDH Units.

Unit Overviews

PICU is a 28-bed unit.

CVICU is a 22-bed unit.

NICU is a 97-bed unit.

CDH is a 15-bed unit.

Shifts : 12 hrs (2 shifts per week) DAYS

Work location : St. Petersburg Florida

Who Should Apply :

BSN from an accredited School of Nursing preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire

Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Florida State or Compact License required

A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse

Preferred experience in pediatric and / or Emergency

BLS certification provided by AHA

Salary Range : Minimum 49.83 / hour - Maximum 49.83 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
