Manager, Investments Center of Excellence
The Role
As a Manager within the Investments Center of Excellence (COE) , you will play a critical role in supporting the modernization and transformation of investment accounting operations across FMR LLC's consolidated portfolio. In addition to supporting technical and operational accounting policies, you will serve as a business analyst , focusing on gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, including the implementation of new investment accounting technologies and processes.
You will collaborate with business unit accountants, auditors, finance, tax, treasury, and controllership teams to ensure investment data integrity, process efficiency, and alignment with firm-wide objectives. Your analytical mindset and ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions will be key to driving continuous improvement and supporting the evolution of investment products, including alternative investments.
