Position Overview

Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate.  This role involves supporting clients, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Assist with inside sales activities, including order entry and follow-up
• Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and account management
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and other systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Support sales team with administrative and operational tasks
