Parks And Recreation Aide 4 - Finance Accounts Payable Aide

The Parks and Recreation Aide 4 - Finance Accounts Payable Aide will assist the Regional Business Officer or designee in the Regional Office and will be responsible for a variety of accounts payable tasks for the Taconic Region.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Process payments and track inquiries using computer systems including the following tasks :
• Reconciling vendor statements, regional revenue and attendance and track for vendor inquiries.
• Review and process all regional staff travel :
• Includes approvals, data entry into the travel program and review of travel rates.
• Review and manage regional concession program, including, RFPs, permits and RR&M accounts :
• Data entry into agencywide concession management program.
• Assist RBOA with pre-season and post season concession meetings.
• Assist RBOA with the permitting process and standardizing all regional permits.
• Other duties as assigned.

There are no Civil Service minimum qualifications.
