Job DescriptionJob Description Role : Business Systems Analyst

The Firm : Wasatch Global Investors is a stable, independent, employee-owned investment management firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. We focus exclusively on investment management for large institutional investors and individuals through separately managed accounts and various pooled vehicles, including mutual funds. The Role : Candidates must be excellent analytical thinkers, problem solvers, and effective communicators. They must also have exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Leadership, initiative, and advanced technical skills are integral.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and automation, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Acting as a liaison between developers / software providers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction.
• Analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards.
• Performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Implementing, integrating, and maintaining information systems.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
