Job descriptionProvides and coordinates comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring all patient needs are met. Applies the nursing process assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating to deliver safe, effective care in alignment with registered nurse scope of practice. Performs thorough assessments and emergency interventions across various patient types, including Medical, Surgical, OB, Newborn, Pediatric, ER, Swing Bed, and Telemetry / Cardiac. Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the State of Nebraska Basic Life Support (BLS / CPR) certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred Located near the geographic center of the contiguous U.S., offering scenic landscapes and fertile farmland Dominated by agriculture, with corn, soybeans, and cattle ranching as key industries Known for its small-town charm, strong community values, and rich historical roots
