About The Position

Wellhart is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position in Michigan. This opportunity offers a 60-day assignment at a hospital, starting on 10 / 27 / 2025, with a potential for extension. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM. The CRNA will work under a supervision model, providing anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures including general surgery, robotic surgery, ENT, orthopedic, and podiatry. The role involves managing both adult and pediatric cases, with surgical cases ranging from 7 to 20 per day and pain management cases up to 10 daily. Experience in general and IV sedation for plastic surgery is preferred.

Job Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Manage general and IV sedation for various specialties
• Handle both adult and pediatric cases
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
• Administer and adjust anesthesia as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
• Utilize Cerner electronic health record system
