BIM Manager

The BIM Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all technical aspects of the companys BIM ecosystem, including Revit content, templates, and standards. This role ensures consistent, efficient, and high?quality model production across all design and construction teams.

Pay

FLINT provided pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr. This range is provided by FLINT. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update company-wide BIM standards, templates, and Revit families.
• Manage model setup, workflows, and file structures to ensure consistency across projects.
• Provide technical support and training for design and construction teams using BIM tools.
• Implement quality control processes for model accuracy, performance, and compliance.
• Research, test, and deploy new BIM technologies, plugins, and automation tools.
• Coordinate with IT and project teams to manage software versions, licensing, and integrations.
• Support project startup by preparing templates, shared parameters, and model guidelines.
