Position : Accident Prevention Coordinator

Salary : $70,000-$80,000

75% Travel minimum

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist current Safety Captains with reporting and training.
• On-Boarding new Safety Captains / Safety Ambassadors.
• Conducting monthly Safety Captain accountability meetings.
• Site Safety Audits and equipment inspections.
• Oversee and certify knowledge assessments and driving evaluations.
• Driver Huddle audits and training.
• Customer centric safety visits.
• Fleet centric safety plan deployment.
• Fleet scorecard review with Account Managers for root cause analysis and action plans.
• Conduct live safety meetings.
• Targeted continuous improvement training on accidents specific to site and division.
• Partner with Directors, Safety and VPs to develop safety initiatives for division. - Collaborate with Compliance on CSA points and action plans.
• Monitor Smart Drive - Collaborate with Safety Manager & Account Manager to identify action plan
• Improve equipment inspection reporting compliance.
