Competitive Base Salary : $110,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience and book of business)

Compensation :

$110,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Handle and lead a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, and naturalization.

Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and federal courts.

Develop systems and best practices for the immigration division.

Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and junior staff.

Collaborate with firm leadership to scale immigration operations across multiple locations.

Contribute to community outreach, firm marketing, and client education initiatives through seminars, videos, and written content.

Qualifications :

MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PRACTICING IMMIGRATION.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility).

Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills.

Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, expanding firm.
