Senior Analytics Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Analytics Engineer - RCM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data models for RCM reporting processes using Flink SQL, dbt, Redshift, Looker, and Hex

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform streaming data into reportable data models

Ensure the creation of a low-latency, well-documented reporting layer in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence roles

Advanced proficiency with dbt and experience in designing modular transformation layers

Strong SQL skills with a deep understanding of data modeling best practices

Experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Amazon Redshift
