TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a professional and organized Registered Nurse - Clinic to provide quality care in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will support physicians and advanced practice providers by delivering patient care services and ensuring an efficient clinic workflow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of patient flow and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
  • Conduct patient assessments including vital signs, medical histories, and medication reviews.
  • Administer immunizations, medications, and injections as ordered by providers.
  • Assist with minor procedures and treatments, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
  • Document all patient interactions, care provided, and instructions accurately in the electronic medical record.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, follow-up care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to maintain smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient, ambulatory, or primary care settings preferred.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and familiarity with patient triage protocols.
