IAM Consultant / Engineer 5 Days Onsite

Location : Houston, TX (Onsite - 5 days a week)

Introduction

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and managing identity management solutions, focusing on leading IGA platforms and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on expertise with IGA Tools : Saviynt (preferred) or SailPoint.
• Experience with PAM Solutions : CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Proficiency in SSO Platforms : Okta and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture, governance models, and access control mechanisms.
• Experience in application onboarding, connector configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in scripting and automation for IAM tasks (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of compliance and audit requirements related to IAM.
