We're seeking a Program Director (LCSW) to lead our Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) foster care program in the DC and Maryland regions - a program that helps youth rebuild their lives through compassion, stability, and community.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a dynamic team of social workers, case managers, and foster parents.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Oversee program operations , budgets, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with foster parents, government partners, and community agencies.
• Represent LSSNCA through public speaking, outreach, and recruitment to grow awareness and foster family engagement.
• Monitor outcomes, prepare reports, and champion best practices in foster care and resettlement services.
