Job Description

Seeking a BC / BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director of our House Calls Program in the St. Louis, MO area.

Highlights :

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
• The Medical Director will see patients in their homes up to 3 days a week alongside their provider colleagues
• The Medical Director will be responsible for leading, as a dyad partner with the Mobile Practice Manager, the in-home primary care provider teams in the specified geography.
• Additionally, we see this leader being a key thought partner in providing feedback on our clinical model especially as it pertains to the At Home Program
• Geriatric certification welcome but not required

Core Responsibilities :

Leading At Home providers and ensuring their priorities and outcomes are in line with those of the organization

Medical management, care management, utilization management, and quality improvement tools and processes

Understanding and communicating provider performance / compensation plans and being able to answer questions and deliver results to direct reports
