Job description

Superintendent – Office Tenant Improvements

We have partnered with a leading Southern California General Contractor to identify a skilled Superintendent to oversee :

Office Tenant Improvements (T.I.)
Renovations
Special Projects
Smaller ground-up builds

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $150K annual salary

Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)

ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)

Truck allowance

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on office tenant improvements

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Location :

Work across Los Angeles (LA) and Orange County (OC)
