Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location : St. Petersburg, FL

Employment Type : Full-time | Onsite

Compensation :

Pay will be based on experience and licensing status. Candidates holding a Florida 2-20 General Lines license are preferred and will be compensated accordingly.

About the Role :

We’re seeking a dependable and customer-focused Insurance CSR to join a growing local agency. This position supports clients and producers by handling policy servicing, renewals, billing inquiries, and day-to-day customer communication. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and eager to learn the insurance business.

Qualifications :

• Florida 2-20 General Lines License preferred (agency may consider strong candidates without a license who are willing to obtain one)
• Prior insurance office or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with agency management systems a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
