Compensation

• Base compensation based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and / or training
• Premium pay for shift work, on-call duties, and incentives for select positions
• Opportunities for annual performance-based increases

Additional Benefits Include :

Schedule / Hours : Full-time evening shifts with 8 or 10-hour options, primarily Monday to Friday. Call responsibilities include about 5-8 overnight call slots and 1-2 weekend call slots within an 8-week schedule. Call hours may vary based on staffing, requiring a response within 30 minutes.
