Senior Maintenance Manager

The Senior Maintenance Manager at Onni Fulton Market is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and operational efficiency of the property. This role plays a key part in delivering a safe, well-maintained, and guest-focused environment by responding to maintenance requests, performing routine inspections, and completing both preventative and emergency repairs. The Engineer will work across multiple building systemsincluding HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safetyand use tools such as Yardi and BAS to support daily operations. This position requires flexibility, technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to service excellence in a high-rise, hospitality-oriented setting.
