As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential security-related concerns.

Monitor the commercial real estate location for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
