Senior Analyst AI Strategy

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Future of Work & AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and execution of the Future of Work roadmap and analyze workforce trends and AI adoption

Identify high-value AI use cases and co-develop change strategies for human-in-the-loop practices

Lead reverse mentoring initiatives and facilitate workshops for senior leaders on digital fluency

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and awareness of compliance and regulatory nuances

Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital collaboration tools

Proven ability to work across cultures and manage stakeholders effectively

Critical thinker comfortable with ambiguity and structuring complex problems

5-7+ years of experience in management consulting or innovation / transformation roles preferred
