Join a team where precision meets performance. We are hiring immediately a full-time Strategic Sourcing Agent in our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) division. In this role, you can expect to lead impactful supplier negotiations, drive cost-saving strategies, and shape long-term sourcing agreements that support Textron Aviation's business goals. You'll collaborate across teams, analyze financials, and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations. • Supply Chain Strategy : Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with company and departmental objectives
• Contract Negotiation & Management : Lead supplier negotiations, draft and administer long-term agreements, including Pricing Agreements (PAs) and Master Purchasing Agreements (MPAs), and secure optimal pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Financial Analysis & Cost Optimization : Evaluate contract financials, perform cost comparisons, and apply pricing formulas to identify and implement savings opportunities
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure contracts, amendments, SOW changes, and extensions meet public law, company policies, and import / export regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and retention of records
• Supplier Engagement : Drive strategic supplier relationships through re-negotiations and performance-based agreements that support business goals
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship : Provide informal guidance to peers, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable sourcing environment
