Legal Billing Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Legal Billing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform objective and subjective reviews of law firm invoices for compliance with billing guidelines

Prioritize and self-manage workflow to meet analysis time standards for invoice processing

Establish and maintain rapport with clients and law firms, and track client authorizations in the database

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum two years of law firm experience as a paralegal or attorney in relevant practice areas

J.D. or ABA-approved Paralegal Certification (or equivalent degree in Paralegal Studies) required

In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and defense counsel billing practices

Thorough understanding of the litigation process

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
