Job Summary : Leads technical team in project management and guidance on initiatives. Develops and oversees standards and processes for the project management process. Recommends, develops and enforces policies and procedures for department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborates to operationalize the mission, strategic plan, budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets following established guidelines and using benchmark data.
• Develops and monitors the implementation of area specific plans linked to organizational goals.
