What You'll Do :

The Commercial Accounting team at CoreWeave is responsible for all aspects of revenue accounting, technical revenue policy, and credit & collections. As CoreWeave continues to scale rapidly, this team is focused on building best-in-class systems and processes to support financial accuracy, automation, and compliance with ASC 606. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure scalable, efficient solutions are implemented.

About the Role :

As the Manager, Revenue Accounting Enablement , you will lead strategic initiatives to automate and scale the Commercial Accounting function. You'll collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Technical Revenue, and Credit & Collections teams to understand their processes and challenges, then build and execute an automation roadmap. This includes leading system implementations, managing process improvement initiatives, and evaluating the downstream accounting impacts of new products or business strategies. Your work will drive long-term efficiency and enable the team to scale with the company's hyper-growth.

Who You Are :

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at high-growth tech companies
  • 2+ years of experience at a public company
  • 2+ years of Big 4 audit experience
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606
  • Demonstrated success improving and automating revenue accounting processes
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working through complex challenges

Preferred :

  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems
  • Experience with revenue system or ERP implementations

  • The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $149,000 to $198,000 and $178,000 to $238,000, respectively. Compensation is based on several factors including location, experience, and skills. This role includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

    While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
