Dagne Dover is looking for a Keyholder to join our energetic team at our SoHo Flagship Store for the 2025 holiday season (November 2025 – January 2026) . This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment — and based on your performance, there’s potential to transition into a permanent role with us.

As a Dagne Dover Keyholder, you’re the go-to person when the manager’s away. You’ll lead the charge in opening, closing, and keeping the store running like clockwork. Your role is all about creating amazing customer experiences, hitting sales goals, and making sure the store looks and feels its best.

The Role :

Customer Connection : Be the face of Dagne Dover—help customers find exactly what they need, share your product knowledge, and offer personalized advice. You’ll also keep an eye on sales targets and help the team crush them.

Store Vibes : Keep the store in tip-top shape—merchandise displays, organization, and overall aesthetics are your responsibility. You’ll also make sure we’re stocked and ready for action.

Leader On Duty : Step up as the manager when needed. You’ll guide the team, help with training, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Operations : Manage the essentials—open and close the store, handle cash, process sales, and make sure the store is safe and secure at the end of each day.

You :

1-2 years of retail experience (bonus points if you’ve been a supervisor or Keyholder before).

A natural people person with excellent communication skills.

Sales-savvy with a passion for fashion and retail.

Organized and reliable, ready to handle anything that comes your way.

Experience with POS systems (Shopify knowledge is a plus).

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and some late shifts.

Schedule :

Part-time, up to 30 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Weekend and holiday availability is a must!

The expected starting hourly rate is $25.00.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
