Neurology Physician

Specialty accepted : Anesthesiologist, Neurologist, PMR

Start date or shifts : November - Ongoing

Daily schedule : 2 consecutive days per week

Practice setting : Outpatient

Types of cases : Trigger Point Injections, Epidural Steroid Injections, Selective Nerve Root Blocks, Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Radiofrequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Bursal Injections, Botox Injections, Sympathetic and Peripheral Nerve Blocks, and other interventional pain management procedures

Number of cases : 25-30 per day

Ages : Adults

Requirements or additional information : Massachusetts license required; proficiency in listed procedures and ability to handle procedures every 15 minutes; residency in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology with ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine; board certification in Pain Medicine preferred; DEA, BLS, ACLS required; experience with Medicare / Medicaid patient base needed; EMR : Athena; potential supervision of APP; credentialing timeframe 30-60 days
