Director of Project Finance

A company is looking for a Director, Project Finance & Capital Markets. Key Responsibilities Source capital to fund the growth of the residential TPO business Lead negotiations with JV, debt, and tax equity investors Build and maintain complex project finance / tax equity models Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related fields 10+ years of experience in consumer finance or renewable energy finance industries 5+ years of experience in solar project finance at a top-tier developer, asset manager, or investment bank 3+ years in a mid / senior-level role with direct reports Strong understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, and consumer asset-backed securities (ABS) markets
