Two Special Education Teachers are needed for self-contained K-3 classrooms at an elementary school in Henderson, NC. This contract position spans the full school year and focuses on providing specialized instruction tailored to each students unique needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver individualized instruction to students in self-contained special education classrooms.
- Collaborate with a paraprofessional supporting a caseload of six students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain open munication with families, staff, and administration to support student growth.
