• 8H Day - 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM or 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM with occasional weekends
• 35 guaranteed hours
• Caseload is skilled nursing adults and geriatrics
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience preferred
• 13 week assignment
