What You’ll Do
- Pick up prescriptions from partner pharmacies and deliver them to patients’ homes or designated locations within set delivery windows.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Medzoomer delivery procedures at all times.
- Verify delivery details carefully (addresses, patient information, special instructions) and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide clear, professional communication with dispatch, pharmacy staff, and patients by phone and text.
- Use Medzoomer’s mobile app and routing tools to manage your route, document proof of delivery, and report any issues in real time.
- Handle exceptions—such as address problems, unavailable patients, or undeliverable packages, while following Medzoomer’s protocols and keeping dispatch informed.
- Represent Medzoomer with a calm, respectful, and solutions‑oriented attitude, even when situations are challenging.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license.Minimum age of 25 .Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Reliable vehicle (generally less than 15 years old) in good working condition, with active auto insurance.Availability Monday through Friday for at least 4 hours per day within agreed‑upon shift times.Ability to lift and carry packages (typically up to 25 lbs) and walk short distances, including up stairs.Comfortable using a smartphone, navigation apps, and text / phone communicationProfessional Traits
