Job Description
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. As a Systems Development Manager in the Amazon Leo Identity Infrastructure team, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for managing user, device, and automation identities across Leo's internal manufacturing and productivity networks.

About the team
You will lead the Amazon Leo Identity Infrastructure (LII) team, responsible for Leo's internal user, device, and automation identities. Your team will play a crucial role in scaling our operations and supporting Leo's mission to deliver reliable internet globally through innovative device management solutions and automation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of systems engineering and operations leadership for an Internet service or leading edge IT organization experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
