Veterinary Receptionist

Companion Pet Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our team. As the face of the hospital , our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented , excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

Schedule : This is a Full-Time position, with a flexible schedule (either 5x8s or 4x10s) and availability needed Monday-Friday.

We're continuing to grow, with some days featuring 2 to 4 doctors in appointments and another dedicated to surgery.
