Director, Fp&A, Long-Term Financial Planning
The Director, FP&A, Long-Term Financial Planning oversees the organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function. They drive strategic initiatives and support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. The Director, FP&A, Long-Term Financial Planning coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans with the corporate plan. May conduct or facilitate periodic reviews of achievements and performance vs. strategic plans. Helps manage any divestitures. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new / updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical / operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into function's strategy, as well as adhoc scenario analysis using key business drivers or available levers to help make business decisions.

Location : This position is based in Humana's office in Washington D.C., Louisville, or New York, although remote candidates may be considered as well. The team follows a hybrid model, working together in the office 3 days per week.
Travel will average 20% annually between office hubs nationwide.
Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range $184,800 - $254,100 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
