BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits :

Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide :

Minimum one year work references in any type of field. - "Newly certified welcome"

Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to communicate in English

Must be authorized to work in the US

Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides :

Activities of daily living

Light housekeeping

Grooming

Toileting

Range of motion / exercises

Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

Oral feeding

Bathing

Vital sign checks : temperature, pulse, respiration

Home Management Tasks : laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

Assisting with ambulation

Medication assistance
